1 / What Is Happening When I Am Stressed?
Is it all in the mind? We explore what is going on in our bodies when we experience prolonged stress, eustress & why our response to stressors is so important. We will also have a quiz to help spot the signs of burnout.
2 / Eat, Sleep, Work, Repeat.
We will look at foods that may actually be causing stress alongside foods that will have a beneficial balancing effect to help break the stress cycle. As well as an anti-anxiety foods, we will look at other factors within our control such as micro breaks, mindfulness, healthy habits and radical rest.
3 / Not Another 'To Do'
We look at realistic ways to make these healthy changes without adding to our stress bucket.
